-In 2019, he was arrested in a Home Depot parking lot along with known MS-13 gang members. He was caught carrying bills with the eyes, ears, and mouths covered on various bills of varies presidents. This signifies “see no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil”. A common phrase for gangs. He was also wearing a Chicago Bulls hat which is indicative of being in good standing with MS-13. He has no immigration history. He claimed fear of returning to El Salvador due to a rival gang to MS-13 (why would a civilian who is not in a gang be scared of a rival gang?). DHS DID confirm he is a ranking member of MS-13. All this information can be found on justice.gov in a document uploaded by the Prince George’s County Police Department.

-In 2021, his wife filed a Restraining Order against him for beating her. He failed to appear at court on 6/17/2021.

Based on the information I personally read, I feel the Trump Administration was right to deport this man to El Salvador. He is a threat to the citizens of the United States of America. DHS has ample evidence to support the claim he is an MS-13 gang member.
